Tools of Recovery

Overcoming a substance addiction, compulsive behavior, or bad habit is very difficult and virtually impossible to do alone and without tools. There are a number of tools that can be used to help make lasting, positive change possible. On this page I will put links to posts I’ve written about the tools of recovery that I have experienced and am using in my process. It’s an ongoing project.
